JUST A SMALL STUDY OF ANTHROPOLOGY CAN GARNER YOU HUGE RESULTS!

I love Anthropology! And, if you are interested in being as healthy as possible, you should also. Most people don’t know this, but there have been plenty of cultures in the past that have been extremely healthy. In matter of fact, you could make the argument, that the health of these cultures were not destroyed until introduced to the foods of our very own Western Civilization. Sad, but true!

I can’t think of a better science to study. We can learn so much from the healthy and vibrant societies that came before us. And concerning proper food consumption and nutritional regimens, we don’t need technology to achieve the best health possible. The study of anthropology tells us so.

One specific organization that is passionate about these types of studies and their impact on our health is The Weston A. Price Foundation.

THE WESTON A. PRICE FOUNDATION

Many cultures have not only been disease free, but done very well with infections as well, just because of their vibrant health. A vibrant health carries along with it an amazing immune system, an immune system we should try to emulate.

We could do a lot worse than learning from our predecessors who, as omnivores, consumed food indigenous to their culture. We could also learn a lot from these people by

seeing how quickly their health failed when put on a modernized food diet, full of processed and altered foods!
