I'm not SAD, I'm not FAT

Pretty much common sense. Too bad we don't get it. As long as we follow the Standard American Diet everyone in the Health Care System is going to make out like bandits. So, I guess what I am saying is, what is the real motivation to change? Obviously it comes down to each of us on an individual level. I am not into SAD, are you?

Our children are in big time trouble!

The options for calorie consumption are out of this world these days... unfortunately, most of it I wouldn't call food. Our children are in for a world of hurt if something big doesn't happen to make a positive change concerning our food sources.
